Bahrain expresses solidarity with Pakistan following a fire at an Islamabad hospital

The Kingdom of Bahrain expressed its sympathy and solidarity with Pakistan following a tragic fire that broke out in a hospital in the capital, Islamabad, resulting in the deaths of several newborn infants. In a statement on Wednesday, Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs conveyed the Kingdom’s sincere condolences and sympathies to the Pakistani government and people, as well as to the families and relatives of the victims, and wished safety and security for all. At least 14 infants lost their lives in a fire that erupted in the obstetrics and gynecology wing of the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences hospital in the capital, Islamabad.
