Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey discuss efforts to de-escalate regional tensions and enhance regional security

Saudi Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, held two separate phone calls with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, to discuss efforts aimed at de-escalating regional tensions.

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a statement carried by the official news agency, SPA, that these discussions took place during two calls received by Prince Faisal bin Farhan, during which they discussed efforts to reduce regional tensions within the framework of continuous coordination and unified initiatives aimed at enhancing the security and stability of the region.
