Dana Al-Haqan appointed Head of the Pediatrics Department at Al-Sabah Hospital

AbdulKarim Al-Abdullah: The Ministry of Health issued a decision appointing Dr. Dana Al-Haqan as head of the Pediatrics Department at Al-Sabah Hospital, as part of efforts to support national competencies and leverage medical expertise to develop health and specialized services.

Dr. Dana Al-Haqan is among the distinguished national medical professionals in pediatrics, possessing professional and practical experience in this specialty. She previously served as a pediatric consultant at Jabir Al-Ahmad Hospital, where she was one of the founders of the department, and contributed throughout her career to providing medical care for children and monitoring various cases.

Her appointment as head of the Pediatrics Department at Al-Sabah Hospital comes within the framework of continuing to enhance performance in medical departments and strengthening the role of national competencies in leadership positions, thereby contributing to improving the quality of services provided to patients and increasing operational efficiency.
