Public Authority of Civil Affairs Explores Mechanisms for Implementing the "Employee Achievement Record" System to Define Job Duties

The Civil Service Bureau held a coordination meeting attended by its Chairman, Dr. Essam Al-Rabean, and senior officials from government entities participating in the “Employee Achievement Record System” project. These included Dr. Wael Nasser Hamoud Al-Sabah, Deputy Minister of Defense (representative); Aliya Al-Saqar, Acting Director General of the Public Authority for Court Affairs; and Hamid Al-Nasser, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services (representative) at the Ministry of Oil. From the Ministry of Media, the attendees were Rasha Al-Saggar, Director General of the International Media Directorate; Nasser Al-Daihani, Director of the Technical Office Directorate; and Lujain Al-Bulayyi, Director of the Administrative Affairs Directorate. From the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Dina Al-Haddad, Director of the Administrative Development and Training Directorate, attended.

Also present from the Civil Service Bureau were Salah Al-Saqabi, Acting Undersecretary of the Bureau; Mohammed Al-Ahmad, Assistant Undersecretary of the Bureau; Badour Al-Anzi, Director of the Service Development and Work Methods Directorate; and Waraniya Al-Kouh, Director of the Citizen Services and Public Relations Directorate.

During the meeting, participants discussed the importance of implementing the Employee Achievement Record System project, its executive procedures, and the mechanisms for its application to identify and document job responsibilities. The discussion also emphasized enhancing coordination among participating entities to ensure the standardization of practices and improve the efficiency of performance measurement.
