Kuwait Finance House: Surge in Demand for the eCorp Platform for Companies

Kuwait’s eCorp platform, the dedicated online portal for corporate clients, has seen a notable surge in usage following the launch of its upgraded suite of digital services and a new mobile application, offering an exceptional banking experience for the bank’s corporate customers.

The Kuwait Finance House (KFH) added a range of new digital services designed to enhance operational flexibility. These include individual user accounts with full permissions, electronic data updates, the “Zahab” payment service, issuance of IBAN certificates authenticated with QR codes, viewing credit facility details, requesting new credit limits, alongside transaction details, new transaction requests, and settlement of overdue amounts.

The updated platform also offers a wide array of services, including salary transfers, cheque book requests, access to various account statements, tracking of transfers to other banks, and user and permission management within a multi-user registration system.

Additionally, the platform provides management of standing payment orders, subscription to monthly account statements, automated coverage services, issuance of balance certification certificates, reactivation of dormant accounts, execution of transfers at direct rates (360T), subscription to clearing house distributions, opening new accounts and investment deposits, issuing remittances, letters of credit, and guarantees, drawing on existing credit facilities, Zahab payments, executing various types of transfers, managing beneficiaries both within and outside Kuwait, reporting lost cards, and viewing and sharing IBAN numbers.

The launch of the upgraded digital services and mobile application represents an exceptional banking experience provided by the bank to its corporate clients, integrating the latest technologies in accordance with the highest security standards to manage financial operations in modern ways. The tools employed reinforce the concept of sustainability, as the update reduces reliance on paper-based transactions by enabling electronic submission of requests and execution of transactions.
