Registration opens today for Lieutenant and Sergeant courses for men and women

The Ministry of Interior, through its Education and Training Sector, announced the opening of registration for interested candidates to enroll in cadet courses, from today, Sunday, August 23, until the required quota is filled.

In a press statement, the Ministry said that applicants wishing to enroll in the 4th batch of the Male Cadet Officer Course (rank of Assistant Officer) must hold an academic qualification requiring at least two years of study after secondary school, obtained from the Non-Commissioned Officer Institute affiliated with the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy of Police Sciences.

The Education and Training Sector also announced the opening of registration for female applicants wishing to enroll in the 16th batch of the Female Cadet Officer Course (rank of Assistant Officer), for holders of an academic qualification requiring at least two years of study after secondary school, obtained from the Women’s Police Institute affiliated with the Academy.

The statement noted that applications are being accepted for the 3rd batch of the Male Cadet Officer Course (rank of Sergeant) for holders of a secondary school certificate, at the Non-Commissioned Officer Institute affiliated with the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy of Police Sciences, during the aforementioned period and until the required quota for the course is filled.

The Ministry also announced the opening of registration for female applicants wishing to enroll in the 16th batch of the Female Cadet Officer Course (rank of Sergeant) for holders of a secondary school certificate, at the Women’s Police Institute affiliated with the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy of Police Sciences, from August 23 until the required quota for the course is filled.
