The Kuwaiti-American Military Committee Discussed Joint Cooperation in Maintenance and Training

Chief of Staff of the Army, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan, and U.S. Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Middle East and Central Asia, Michael Demeanor, presided over the annual meeting of the Kuwaiti–U.S. Joint Military Committee, held at the U.S. Department of Defense headquarters, the Pentagon.

The meeting included a series of workshops for participating teams from both sides, during which joint cooperation in the fields of maintenance and training was reviewed, and a memorandum of understanding for strategic partnership with the National Guard in Maryland was signed.

Al-Sharhan was accompanied by a high-level delegation of senior commanding officers from the Kuwaiti Army.
