Egyptian dies after falling from 'Qasr' building; Nepali in three-vehicle collision
Security forces registered two cases following incidents that resulted in the deaths of two migrant workers, one in the Qasr area and the other in a traffic accident on the Seventh Street heading toward Fintas. In the Qasr area, an Egyptian construction worker died after falling from a height. A security patrol responded to the scene after the operations room received a report of the incident.
Upon arrival, security personnel found the deceased lying on the ground, while the ambulance crew confirmed his death. The investigator ordered forensic experts to be dispatched to collect evidence, lift the body, and register a case to investigate the circumstances of the worker’s fall and determine its causes.
In another incident, a Nepali resident died and an Indian migrant sustained various injuries in a traffic accident on the Seventh Street heading toward Fintas, involving three vehicles. The accident parties included a tractor driven by a Nepali migrant and a minibus driven by an Egyptian migrant. A case has been registered to determine how the collision occurred and to assign liability.
