Madbouly inaugurates the Premium Tax Services Center in New Alamein

Cairo - Ahmed Sabry and Nadeen Imam: Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, inaugurated the Premium Tax Services Center in New Alamein City, reaffirming the state’s commitment to continuing the path of developing the tax system and fostering a “customer service culture,” which contributes to facilitating procedures for investors and citizens. He noted that the government is making every effort to create a more attractive business environment for investment by offering additional tax incentives and facilitations.

On another note, the Prime Minister witnessed the launch of a mobile application for real estate transactions, aimed at supporting state efforts to ease procedures for citizens, simplify processes, and leverage digital solutions in delivering tax services.

Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance, emphasized the ongoing commitment to “improving tax services so that our partners feel tangible changes in service quality.” He added, “Our approach is based on ‘facilitation and simplification’ through an integrated electronic tax system designed to ease procedures, automate tax processes, enhance voluntary compliance, and attract new taxpayers, as well as increase taxpayer satisfaction among investors to encourage them to expand their production and export activities.”

Kouchouk clarified that the mobile application for real estate transactions ensures faster and easier services for citizens. The application also serves Egyptians working abroad.
