Deputy Minister of Health Inspects Abdullah and Shreefa Al-Mohairi Health Center: Developing the Work Environment and Enhancing Service Efficiency

AbdulKarim Al-Abdullah As part of the continuous field follow-up of health facilities, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Sheikh Dr. Salman Khalifa Al-Sabah conducted an inspection tour of the Abdullah and Sharifa Al-Mohairi Health Center in the Khalidiya area, to review the progress of operations and the level of health services provided to patients. During the tour, he reviewed the work mechanisms in the center’s various departments and clinics, as well as the smooth delivery of health services. He also listened to briefings from the center’s management on the nature of the services provided, the procedures for receiving patients, and the organization of workflow. The tour included several departments and clinics, during which he made a point of directly listening to patients’ opinions and feedback regarding the quality of health services and the ease of accessing them, thereby helping to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the patient experience. The Undersecretary also met with medical, technical, and administrative staff, and reviewed key observations and operational needs, emphasizing the importance of continuing to develop the work environment and enhance service efficiency, in order to support the quality of healthcare and meet patients’ needs. This tour aligns with the Ministry of Health’s approach of strengthening direct field monitoring of health facilities, assessing operational progress, and identifying the needs of facilities and staff, thereby contributing to the ongoing development, efficiency, and quality of health services.
