Tender envelopes for Fire Station No. 1 in the South Sabah Al-Ahmed Residential City opened

Al-Anbaa learned that the Public Authority for Housing Welfare has opened the bid envelopes for the tender to construct, complete, and maintain Fire Station 1 within the framework of the South Sabah Al-Ahmad City residential project, amid competition among specialized local companies.

The bid-opening session revealed that nine companies submitted their financial offers to execute the vital project. One of the General Trading and Contracting companies recorded the lowest price, with a total value of 1,635,000 Kuwaiti dinars, while the highest price submitted in the tender reached 1,992,048 dinars.

The launch of this tender comes as part of the Public Authority for Housing Welfare’s plans to provide and complete the system of services, public buildings, and security and preventive services in new residential cities, ensuring the highest standards of security and safety, as well as rapid emergency response. The bids are scheduled to be referred to technical and financial inspection committees to review the submitted offers and verify their compliance with the required conditions and specifications, paving the way for the final award in accordance with prevailing regulations.
