The Amir received a message from the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom addressing common issues and regional and international developments

His Highness Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad received a written letter from Andy Burnham, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, concerning the established historical ties between the two friendly countries and their peoples, as well as ways to develop these relations across various fields. The letter also addressed a number of issues of mutual interest and the latest developments on the regional and international scenes.

The letter was delivered to Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali, Minister of Diwan Amiri Affairs, by Qudsi Rashid, the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Kuwait. Attending the meeting were Sheikh Thamer Jaber Al-Ahmad, Head of the Crown Prince’s Diwan, and Sami Sulaiman Al-Mulla, Director of the Office of the Minister of Diwan Amiri Affairs.
