Rodri arrives in Barcelona ahead of his move to the Catalan club

Manchester City and Spain’s 2026 World Cup-winning midfielder Rodri has arrived in Barcelona. According to the Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo, the player will undergo a medical examination today, Tuesday, before signing a contract with Barcelona until 2030. Reports had indicated that Barcelona reached an initial agreement with Manchester City yesterday for the transfer of the Madrid-born midfielder. As reported by Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona will pay a fixed fee of €60 million for the player, plus €11 million in add-ons based on the number of titles the club wins.
