Amiri Decree Transferring Supervision of the Capital Markets Authority to the Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment

An emiri decree was issued transferring the supervision of the Capital Markets Authority to the Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment. The text of the decree is as follows:

Article One: The supervision of the Capital Markets Authority, along with all the competencies assigned to the competent Minister in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 7 of 2010, is hereby transferred to the Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment.

Article Two: The Prime Minister and the Ministers shall each implement this decree within their respective areas of responsibility. This decree shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
