China Launches New Internet Satellites into Space

China successfully launched a new batch of internet satellites into their designated orbits from a commercial space launch site in Hainan province, located in the southern part of the country. Xinhua News Agency reported that the satellites, which constitute the 24th batch of low-Earth-orbit internet satellites, were launched aboard a Long March-12 rocket yesterday afternoon, Beijing time, and successfully entered their pre-assigned orbits.
