Al-Qadisiyah faces Al-Khalidiyah at the conclusion of their Turkish training camp

Kuwait SC’s first team is set to play its fourth and final friendly match of its external training camp in the Turkish city of Izmit, facing Bahraini side Al-Khalidiya at 5:00 PM today to conclude the camp, before returning to the country tomorrow. The match is part of their preparations for the Zain Premier League, which will kick off on the 25th of this month with a clash against Fahaheel.
The Yellow team played three friendlies during the camp, drawing 0-0 with Algerian side WA Tlemcen, after a 3-1 victory over Saudi Arabia’s Al-Orobah, and a 1-1 draw in their opening friendly against Saudi side Al-Zulfi.
Kuwait SC has closed the file on its five foreign players after signing Ivorian midfielder Cedric Gbo to join Moroccan striker Hamza Khabba, Omani winger Abdulrahman Al-Mashfery, Nigerian winger Gabriel Orok, and Moroccan striker Ayoub Al-Khadra.
The Yellow team will participate in the AFC Challenge League this season, having competed in the Gulf Club Champions Championship in the previous two seasons.
Meanwhile, Al-Nasr lost their second friendly match of their training camp in Cairo, falling 0-3 to Ceramica Cleopatra as they prepare for their Zain Premier League opener against Al-Salmiya.
The team had previously lost their first match to Egyptian side El-Entag El-Harby 1-3, and will play a final friendly against Al-Batin on the 20th of this month to conclude their camp.
