Zain Kuwait announced its support for the launch of the “Arqami” service via the unified government application for electronic services, “Sahl,” in collaboration with the Public Authority for Communications and Information Technology (PACIT), as part of ongoing national efforts to develop digital services, enhance transparency, and protect the rights of telecommunications service users in Kuwait.
The new service allows citizens and residents to easily view all telephone lines and telecommunications services registered under their names with various telecom companies, helping them verify the accuracy of their data and take necessary actions if any unknown or unused lines are detected.
Zain’s support for this initiative extends its continuous efforts to protect customer privacy, enhance data security, and provide a clearer and more reliable digital experience, alongside raising awareness about the importance of monitoring services registered with personal data and ensuring their integrity.
Zain believes in the importance of integrating efforts between the public and private sectors to accelerate the digital transformation process and achieve the country’s developmental goals, by leveraging technological solutions to develop secure and user-friendly government services and strengthen users’ trust in the digital ecosystem.
Zain has urged its customers to use the “Arqami” service through the “Sahl” application to verify the lines registered under their names, ensuring the accuracy of their data and protecting their digital privacy.
