Amiri Decree Transferring Supervision of the Capital Markets Authority to the Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment

An emiri decree was issued transferring supervision of the Capital Markets Authority to the Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment. The text of the decree is as follows:

Article One: Supervision of the Capital Markets Authority, along with all competencies assigned to the competent Minister under the provisions of Law No. 7 of 2010, is hereby transferred to the Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment.

Article Two: The Prime Minister and the Ministers shall each implement this decree in matters pertaining to their respective portfolios. This decree shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
