Fawaz Al-Roumi Inspects Service Centers, Border Security and Education and Training Sectors: Enhancing Performance Efficiency and Readiness

Deputy Minister of Interior for Supporting Security Services Affairs, Major General Fawaz Nasser Al-Roumi, conducted an inspection tour covering the General Administration of Service Centers, the Border Security Sector, and the Education and Training Sector, represented by the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences, to monitor operations, assess performance levels, readiness, and the services provided.
Major General Al-Roumi inspected the General Administration of Service Centers, where he reviewed the procedures for processing transactions and the services offered to visitors. He also met with the administration’s leadership and officials to discuss ways to develop operations and enhance performance efficiency, emphasizing the importance of streamlining procedures, accelerating processing times, and improving the quality of services provided to the public.
In the Border Security Sector, the tour included several departments and facilities under the sector’s jurisdiction at Kuwait International Airport. During the visit, he familiarized himself with the implemented procedures, readiness levels, training programs, mechanisms for enhancing personnel competence, and quality control measures. He stressed the importance of developing performance and strengthening efficiency to keep pace with the requirements of security operations.
The tour also included the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences, where Major General Al-Roumi held a meeting with the leadership of the Education and Training Sector. The meeting reviewed educational and training programs, as well as the registration and admission procedures for military courses. He also inspected several facilities and training classrooms, assessing their equipment and readiness.
At the conclusion of the tour, Major General Al-Roumi commended the efforts of personnel in the General Administration of Service Centers, the Border Security Sector, and the Education and Training Sector. He emphasized the importance of continuing to develop the operational system, enhancing service levels, improving performance efficiency, and strengthening readiness.
