Writing: Expelling Your Inner Toxins!

Writing is not merely an expression of feelings, a tracing of brilliance, or the conveyance of an idea; rather, it is the release of the burdensome contents of the heart, a vent for what has festered in repressed souls, and an expulsion of the toxins within a wounded self.

If poison remains in the body, it weakens it; if it lingers in the mind, it corrupts it; and if it takes hold of a person, it kills them.

Writing is the expulsion of what churns within you so that it does not overpower you. Many people suppress their inner sorrows and griefs without speaking out, and this suppression takes the form of a deadly poison that spreads through their bodies, harvesting whatever remains of life’s vitality in their souls.

In an era where people no longer trust one another, turning to paper and writing has become essential. If humans betray their promises and pledges through silence, the pen will not betray you, and the paper will not expose you.

It is necessary to unburden oneself, to talk, and even to shout. Sometimes emotions surge and overflow, beyond control or restraint. If they are not released in whatever form they take, you will find yourself ill, your body weakened, and your spirit sickened.

Hospital beds are filled with patients who suffered from emotional wounds, betrayals, and material losses, which transformed into physical cancers, arterial blockages, and colonic swellings.

The call to expel your inner toxins aims to protect you from tangible physical illness. Diseases do not appear suddenly; they arrive in the form of hurtful words, harsh situations, or shocking news.
