Early September: Handover of lands for the “Beit Al-Watan” project in New Mansoura

Cairo - Nadeh Imam: Eng. Randa Al-Manshaoui, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the commencement of procedures for handing over residential land plots in the “Beit Al-Watan” project in Zone 6, Phase 2, of the New Mansoura City, according to a specified schedule beginning on Tuesday, September 1, and continuing until September 23.

The Minister of Housing stressed the necessity of continuing the implementation of land delivery programs for citizens according to published schedules in new cities, ensuring the regularity of delivery procedures and facilitating beneficiaries’ access to their allocated plots.

For his part, Eng. Ahmed Hammad, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, clarified that the delivery schedule includes consecutive appointments based on plot numbers. He noted that the days from September 21 to 23 have been designated for those who failed to collect their plots during the scheduled appointments.
