"Introducing Islam": 2,145 new Muslims since the beginning of the year

The Islamic Awareness Committee, affiliated with the Al-Najah Charity Association, announced that 2,145 conversions to Islam had been recorded in Kuwait and abroad since the beginning of 2026, an achievement that reflects the continued blessed impact of the committee’s da’wah projects and the efforts of its preachers. Dr. Ghalib Al-Asimi, Deputy Chairman of the Committee’s Board of Trustees, stated that this achievement was attained by the grace of God and through the blessed da’wah efforts, which contributed to conveying the message of Islam to non-Arab communities within Kuwait and to seekers of Islam worldwide through electronic da’wah initiatives. Dr. Al-Asimi added that the Committee recorded 1,794 conversions to Islam within Kuwait and 351 conversions through electronic da’wah projects around the world since the start of 2026, noting that July alone saw 467 conversions from various nationalities.
