Traffic and Operations Leaders Discuss Enhancing E-Services and Improving Field Efficiency

Assistant Assistant Commissioner for Public Security Affairs, Major General Hamad Al-Munaifi, and Head of the Traffic and Operations Sector, Brigadier General Haqqooqi Al-Azmi, held a meeting with the directors of the departments in the Traffic and Operations Sector on Thursday. The meeting, as reported on the General Directorate of Traffic’s platform, was held in implementation of directives from senior leadership at the Ministry of Interior, and to reaffirm the continued focus on digital transformation and the development of electronic services. It also aimed to discuss mechanisms for enhancing field efficiency and expanding the scope of services provided to citizens and residents, thereby contributing to faster processing of transactions, improving the quality of services and humanitarian assistance, and encouraging greater dedication to serving the nation.
