Smartphone with a 360-degree rotating camera: The latest in the mobile world

Honor has unveiled its new “Robot Phone,” which offers a novel concept for smartphones by combining a movable camera with artificial intelligence technologies capable of performing a range of tasks for users.

According to Gizmochina, the phone is equipped with a camera mounted on a small mechanical system that enables it to move and rotate rapidly, helping it track people and moving objects during shooting.

The company states that the device features a 200-megapixel main camera, along with an ultra-wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens. It has also partnered with Arri, a specialist in imaging technologies, to provide advanced tools for video recording.

The phone also includes an AI assistant called “YoYo Pro,” which Honor claims can execute a series of steps and tasks based on a single command.

The phone’s price in China starts at approximately $1,480, and it is scheduled for official release on August 18.
