Governor of Farwaniya Honors Several Former Security Leaders in Appreciation of Their Contributions and Service to the Governorate

The Governor of Farwaniya and the Acting Governor of the Capital, Sheikh Adabi Al-Nasser, honored several former security leaders in Farwaniya Governorate, marking the end of their tenure and recognizing their sincere efforts and distinguished contributions to serving the governorate and strengthening its security framework.

The ceremony honored former Director General of Farwaniya Security Directorate, Brigadier General Mohammed Eid Al-Ghasab; former Assistant Director General of Farwaniya Security Directorate, Brigadier General Yahya Dashti; and former Director of Farwaniya Rescue Police Department, Colonel Mishaah Shuja Al-Mutairi.

The Governor expressed his deep appreciation for the dedication, loyalty, and commitment demonstrated by these security leaders throughout their service, commending their role in consolidating the foundations of security and stability and enhancing cooperation and coordination with Farwaniya Governorate, which contributed to supporting security operations and serving citizens and residents.

He emphasized that this recognition embodies the governorate’s approach to honoring those who give, and appreciating national cadres who fulfilled their responsibilities with utmost sincerity and accountability. He wished them continued success and prosperity in their future endeavors, and encouraged them to persist in their contributions to serving the nation.

On their part, the attendees expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Governor for this kind gesture, affirming that the support and cooperation they received during their tenure motivated them to exert greater effort in fulfilling their national mission.

In a separate development, Governor Farwaniya Sheikh Adabi Al-Nasser received in his office at the Farwaniya Governorate Diwan, Al-Abdali farmers’ supervisor, farmer Faisal Abdullah Al-Zoubi, accompanied by farmers Mutaaz Al-Omani and Saleh Badr Al-Dhibib.

During the meeting, the farmers extended an invitation to the Governor to attend the Dates and Figs Festival, to be held at the Livestock Transport and Trading Company hall. They also outlined the festival’s objectives and its role in supporting local agricultural produce, encouraging farmers, and highlighting the quality and diversity of output from Kuwaiti farms.

The Governor stressed the importance of organizing such agricultural festivals for their role in supporting farmers, marketing their products, and enhancing the status of local produce, commending the efforts made to organize the event.
