The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, Karel Havlíček, reaffirmed his country’s support for international efforts aimed at halting escalation and enhancing security and stability in the region, in a manner that ensures the stability of energy supply security and the smooth flow of international trade.
The Kuwaiti Embassy in the Czech Republic stated in a statement received by KUNA that this came during a meeting between Kuwait’s Ambassador to the Czech Republic, Talal Al-Shatti, and Havlíček, where they discussed ways to enhance economic and investment cooperation, alongside reviewing the development of strategic economic partnership areas between the two friendly countries.
The statement added that the Czech Minister reaffirmed his country’s solidarity with the State of Kuwait regarding the reprehensible Iranian attacks, and condemned and denounced the Czech government’s stance on these attacks that targeted vital sites in the country.
