Saudi and Turkish Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional Developments and Support for De-escalation Efforts in Phone Call

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan discussed on Tuesday the latest developments in the region and the support for diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalation. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that this came during a phone call held by Prince Faisal bin Farhan with his Turkish counterpart. The statement added that the two sides discussed support for diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalation, ensuring the security of waterways in the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea, as well as freedom of navigation in both, contributing to the preservation of regional security and stability, alongside reviewing prospects for joint work between the two countries.
