Wanted fugitive and illegal resident of 16 years apprehended by Bayan Criminal Investigation

Kuwaiti investigators referred a Bangladeshi migrant to the Administrative Deportation Department after his arrest, following a 16-year absence and violation of residency laws. According to a security source, investigators, during a security patrol in the Bida area, stopped a migrant carrying a bag and suspected that it contained intoxicating substances. When asked to stop, he attempted to flee on foot, but his attempt failed. When questioned about the reasons for his flight, he hesitated in his speech, claiming that his civil ID was at home. His identity was then verified through fingerprinting, which revealed the surprising fact that the migrant had a 16-year-old absence case registered against him and was in violation of residency regulations.
