8.2 million KD net profit for Al-Salihiya Real Estate

Al-Salehiah Real Estate Company announced a net profit of 8.2 million Kuwaiti dinars, or 13.6 fils per share, for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared to a profit of 2.6 million dinars, or 4.3 fils per share, for the same period last year.
Ghazi Fahad Al-Nafisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Salehiah Real Estate Company, stated that the company’s financial data showed an increase in total operating revenues during that period in 2026, reaching 24.8 million dinars, up from 23 million dinars in the corresponding period last year, a rise of 7.3%, supported by revenue inflows from the Capital Project. He also noted a 10% increase in net operating profits, reaching 18.8 million dinars compared to 17 million dinars.
Al-Nafisi pointed out that the company’s assets grew by 3% to 551.8 million dinars, compared to 535 million dinars, while shareholders’ equity amounted to 180.4 million dinars, compared to 179.7 million dinars in the corresponding period last year. He clarified that these figures confirm the company’s success in sustaining growth in key financial performance indicators.
He added that the financial results for the period revealed a notable increase in profits, supported by the sale of Plot No. 2 from the lands of the Al-Salehiah Commercial Complex Expansion Project, which generated an exceptional profit of 3.85 million dinars. This transaction aligns with Al-Salehiah’s strategy to develop the Al-Salehiah Commercial Complex Expansion Project through partnerships with related parties and agreements with them to implement the proposed development plan, while Al-Salehiah Real Estate Company retains its position as the main developer of the project.
Al-Nafisi also referenced the sustainability report recently issued by Al-Salehiah Real Estate Company, which reflects the company’s commitment to regulatory requirements by issuing a report highlighting key sustainability practices and activities within the company, and enhancing its environmental and social impact.
The report reviews the company’s performance over the past year in the areas of environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and highlights how these standards are integrated into the company’s daily operations, engaging all stakeholders to best respond to sustainability challenges and seize opportunities in line with global sustainable development goals and Kuwait Vision 2035.
