EVA wins 5.22 million dinars in the first half

Saleh Al-Sulaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of International Financial Consulting Holding Company (IFCH), announced the financial results for the first half of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. During this period, IFCH achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately 5.22 million Kuwaiti dinars, with an earnings per share of 9.19 fils.

Al-Sulaimi explained that the variance compared to the previous year was due to non-recurring profits from subsidiaries and associates, as well as the geopolitical situation in the region. However, the company managed to achieve sustainable profitability.

Regarding the financial data for the first half of 2026, Al-Sulaimi noted that total assets grew by 7% to reach approximately 172.62 million dinars, while shareholders’ equity increased by 5.5% to 134.9 million dinars.

Commenting on the financial results, Al-Sulaimi expressed pride in IFCH’s performance during the first half of 2026, despite the geopolitical developments in the region. He emphasized that these results reflect the company’s ability to generate sustainable profits supported by operating revenues, while maintaining asset quality and profitability, thereby demonstrating the robustness of its business model and its capacity to deliver sustainable value to shareholders.

He added that these results were the outcome of a prudent management approach focused on strengthening the financial position, enforcing risk management discipline, and maintaining strong levels of liquidity and capital. This approach is complemented by a long-term strategic vision that balances sustainable growth with the pursuit of selective opportunities, thereby supporting IFCH’s ability to continue creating added value for shareholders.
