In line with its commitment to consolidating a culture of safety and prevention and enhancing rapid response to emergencies in the workplace, the Kuwait Banks Association, in collaboration with the MENA LIFE HUB accreditation and training platform, organized a specialized training course accredited by the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI/HSI) on first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), with participation from representatives of the banking sector. The course was delivered by international ASHI/HSI trainers from the Kuwait Crisis and Emergency Management Association. It aimed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills to handle emergency situations, enabling them to provide correct first aid, thereby contributing to faster incident response and safeguarding individuals’ safety until the arrival of the relevant authorities.
