Success of "Al Khoran Park" Shows in Muscat

Abdulhamid Al-KhatibFollowing the massive popular success it achieved in Kuwait during the blessed Eid al-Adha, leading up to its final performances on the stage of Dubai Opera as part of the “Dubai Summer Surprises 2026” events, the play “Al-Khiran Park” continues its Gulf tour. It presented two shows the day before yesterday at the Sultanate of Oman, on the stage of the Arfan City venue at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre in Muscat, amidst a large audience exceeding 3,000 spectators per show.

The play is written by Ahmed Al-Awadi, directed by Shamlan Al-Nassar, with musical supervision and compositions by Bashar Al-Shatti. It is a co-production between companies “K-Two,” “Partners,” and “Eagle Films,” and stars a number of celebrities, including Maggie Bougassine, Haya Abdul Salam, Bashar Al-Shatti, Fouad Ali, Abdullah Abdul Razaq, Sumoud Al-Mu’min, Iman Al-Husseini, and other artists.

The Omani performances are part of a Gulf tour undertaken by the play’s team. After stops in Dubai and the Sultanate of Oman, the shows are scheduled to move to Qatar, before heading to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in “Riyadh Season” in October next year. Additionally, coordination is underway to present the play in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, during November and December next year.
