Moroccan Imad Bouchikhi wins 800m gold at World Youth Championships

Moroccan runner Imad Bouchikhi achieved a historic milestone by claiming the gold medal in the 800-meter race at the World Athletics Youth Championships, held in the state of Oregon, United States. He completed the 800 meters in a time of 1 minute, 44 seconds, and 64 hundredths of a second.

The 19-year-old Bouchikhi dominated the race from the start, finishing with a stellar performance and a well-executed tactical approach, outpacing the top young athletes in his age group and securing Morocco’s first gold medal at the championships.
