Talal Al-Shatti held talks with the mayor of Teplice on the situation of citizens receiving treatment in various Czech sanatoriums

Our Ambassador to the Czech Republic, Talal Al-Shatti, emphasized the importance of his meetings with Czech officials, which aim to serve Kuwaiti citizens residing in the country, including patients and vacationers. In a statement to KUNA following his meeting with the mayor of Teplice, Jiri Stábl, Ambassador Al-Shatti said he discussed with the mayor the situation of Kuwaiti citizens receiving treatment in various sanatoriums in the city, including tourists. He noted that Teplice sees a large influx of Kuwaitis during the summer season, necessitating reassurance for them, continuous monitoring of their conditions, and regular visits in line with directives from the political leadership. He explained that he conducted an inspection visit to assess their situation, listen to their feedback, and meet their needs, in addition to meeting with the officials in charge of the sanatoriums. In this regard, Ambassador Al-Shatti reaffirmed the embassy’s commitment to following up on citizens’ affairs, providing all necessary consular support, and removing any obstacles they face, while praising the cooperation shown by the local authorities in the city in this regard.
