Saudi Crown Prince and French President Discuss via Phone Efforts to Enhance Regional Security and Stability and Ensure Freedom of Maritime Navigation

Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman held a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron to discuss bilateral relations and areas of joint cooperation between the two countries, as well as ways to develop them.

The official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said in a statement that the call was initiated by President Macron, during which the latest developments in regional events and the efforts made to address them were reviewed, contributing to enhancing security and stability in the region and ensuring the security and freedom of maritime navigation.

SPA added that the phone call also covered a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.
