Ministry of State for Cabinet Affairs Opens Registration for the Ministries League

Sultan Al-Abdan: The Ministry of Social Affairs, in collaboration with the Public Authority for Sports, has announced the opening of registration for those wishing to represent the ministry and participate in the Ministries, Institutions, and Government Bodies League for the 2026/2027 sports season, during the period from August 6 to August 20, 2026. The ministry clarified that registration covers a number of sports for both men and women, in line with its commitment to enhancing sports activity among employees and consolidating the culture of sports participation, thereby contributing to improved physical fitness and fostering teamwork and positive competition within the work environment. The men’s competition program includes football, futsal, basketball, handball, volleyball, table tennis, bowling, athletics, esports, billiards, snooker, badminton, tennis, paddle tennis, speed skating, while the women’s program features speed skating, athletics, table tennis, badminton, billiards, tennis, bowling, paddle tennis, and squash.
