Ministry of Public Works and Kuwait Petroleum Corporation Discuss Joint Cooperation to Support Development Projects

Atef Ramadan In a serious step toward accelerating the country’s major development projects, Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works Eid Al-Rashidi held an extensive coordination meeting with Meshal Al-Moree, head of the Local Relations Working Team at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), to discuss and review all aspects related to future railway projects. The meeting featured a comprehensive overview of the technical and engineering routes for the railway projects, along with a review of proposed solutions to overcome any obstacles that might hinder implementation, ensuring that work proceeds according to approved schedules.

During the meeting, Kuwait Oil Company expressed its full readiness to deploy all available resources and capabilities, emphasizing its commitment to overcoming obstacles to support the Ministry of Public Works’ plans and advance the state’s development vision. This joint coordination is part of a series of meetings aimed at strengthening cooperation between government and oil sector entities, and unifying efforts to accelerate the completion of massive infrastructure and transport projects that form the backbone of the nation’s future economy.
