Dean of Commercial Studies: Launching the "Finance and Real Estate Valuation" major next academic year

Abdullah Al-Rakan: Dr. Fahad Al-Ahmad, Dean of the College of Business Studies at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, affirmed that the college continues to develop its academic programs in alignment with labor market needs, announcing the launch of a new major titled “Real Estate Finance and Valuation” starting from the upcoming academic year, alongside providing opportunities for college graduates to pursue further academic studies beyond the diploma stage in accordance with approved regulations.

Al-Ahmad explained that the college has updated and developed a significant number of academic programs, designed based on labor market requirements and the absorptive capacity of scientific departments, thereby contributing to the preparation of qualified national cadres capable of meeting the needs of various sectors.

He added that the Management Department offers several majors that attract high student interest, including Logistics Management, as well as Financial Management and Marketing, among other programs that keep pace with professional developments.

He noted that the Insurance and Banking Department will offer the “Real Estate Finance and Valuation” major during the upcoming academic year, emphasizing that the introduction of this program is part of the college’s ongoing efforts to update its academic offerings to keep abreast of recent changes in the local labor market.

He mentioned that all academic programs offered at the college enable graduates to continue their studies beyond the diploma stage, subject to specific academic requirements and regulations.
