Distribution of graduation certificates from training institutes on Sunday

Abdullah Al-Rakan: The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, represented by the Dean of Admissions and Registration (Trainee Admissions and Registration Control), announced the distribution of graduation certificates for the Training Sector for the second training semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, starting from Sunday, the 9th, through Thursday, the 13th of the current month.

The Authority clarified in its announcement that certificates will be collected daily from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Higher Institute of Energy in the Shuwaikh area. Graduates were urged to present their original civil ID or the “Huwiyati” application upon collection, and to adhere to the specified schedules. The Authority noted that if the certificate holder is unable to attend, the certificate may be collected by an authorized representative holding a formal power of attorney.

It added that graduates who are unable to collect their certificates during the announced period may do so at the beginning of the next training semester. The Authority further indicated that those wishing to access further details can scan the attached QR code to visit the website and obtain information regarding the collection procedures.
