Search for psychiatric patient who stole his mother's phone

Abdullah Qanais: The Ministry of the Interior issued a general order to all patrols to apprehend a citizen after he escaped from a psychiatric facility, went to his family’s home in the Al-Dasmah area, and stole his mother’s mobile phone. It remains unclear whether the citizen’s escape occurred under the hospital administration’s watch or whether his mother, who reported to the Al-Dasmah police station that her son had arrived unexpectedly, stolen her smartphone, and fled, was responsible. According to the mother’s statement, the family had previously filed an addiction report with the Anti-Narcotics Department, leading to his arrest and placement in a hospital for treatment, from which he managed to escape.
