Al-Arabi to train in India tomorrow

Al-Khaleej FC’s first team began training in India tomorrow, Saturday, in preparation for their match against Indian side East Bengal on Wednesday, the 12th, as part of the AFC Champions League Two playoff.

The Green squad departed their training camp in Erzurum, Turkey, yesterday, which had been held since the 17th of last month, and headed directly to Kolkata, India, where the delegation settled at the Life Regency Hotel.

Al-Arabi played four friendly matches in preparation for the encounter with the Indian side. The training program also included tactical sessions by Croatian coach Goran Sablic, during which he outlined his tactical philosophy and identified his preferred starting lineup using the available local and foreign players, testing these selections in the progressively competitive friendly matches.

Meanwhile, Kazma SC defeated Saudi side Al-Raed 4-1 in a friendly match played yesterday in Izmit, Turkey, as part of the Orange team’s preparations for the upcoming 2025 Premier League season. Kazma’s goals were scored by Nasser Mohammedwah, Shuaib Al-Khaldi, Torles Knoll, and Jara Al-Hilali.
