Sunday: Launch of the "Stars of the Nation" Forum in Al Hamra

The Kuwaiti Union of Artists and Media Professionals is organizing the inaugural edition of the “Stars of the Nation” forum next Sunday at the Grand Cinema theater in the Al Hamra complex, under the slogan “One Nation… Diverse Creativity… An Eternal Message.” The forum aims to bring together artists, media professionals, and content creators in Kuwait for a national event designed to highlight the role of creativity in reinforcing values of belonging and strengthening national identity, through a platform that unites different generations and expertise under one roof.
In this regard, Dr. Nabil Al-Filakawi, President of the Kuwaiti Union of Artists and Media Professionals, emphasized that the forum represents a significant step in honoring Kuwaiti creatives who have contributed to enriching the artistic and media landscape, stressing the union’s continued support for initiatives that promote national values and consolidate the role of creativity in serving society.
For his part, Jamal Al-Adwani, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, clarified that preparations are advancing at a rapid pace to present the event in a manner befitting its stature. He noted that the forum is designed to serve as a platform bringing together pioneers of the artistic and media movements, young talents, and digital content creators, thereby leveraging media and art to disseminate positive messages and enhance national awareness and belonging.
Al-Adwani added that the forum’s program includes visual presentations showcasing the trajectory of Kuwaiti creativity across various historical stages, alongside open dialogue sessions, as well as honors for a select group of figures who have made significant contributions to the history of Kuwaiti art and media.
