Ashkanani clarified that customers will receive 100 Pocket Points for each successful salary transfer to a domestic worker’s SiDi account, provided the campaign conditions are met, up to a maximum of 10 eligible transfers per month, equating to 1,000 Pocket Points as the monthly cap.
He added that these rewards are in addition to any other benefits or cashback rewards customers may earn through the bank’s core rewards or cashback programs, further enhancing the overall value customers gain from using Woori Bank’s services.
Ashkanani noted that earned Pocket Points will be credited to the customer’s digital wallet within the Woori Bank app within 10 business days after the end of each month. Customers can convert these points into cash, which will be deposited into their account, according to the Pocket Points program rules, with every 100 points equivalent to one Kuwaiti dinar.
He explained that to qualify for the campaign, customers must maintain a minimum account balance of 100 dinars during the month, and the transferred salary must range between 90 and 250 dinars for each domestic worker. Only one transfer per worker per month will be counted, in accordance with the campaign’s terms and conditions.
Ashkanani emphasized that earned Pocket Points remain valid for 12 months from the date of credit, and customers can easily monitor their balance and redeem points through the Pocket Points program within the Woori Bank app.
