Syrian Health Ministry: Death toll from Duma explosion rises to two killed and 13 injured

Syrian Al-Akhbariya TV reported that an explosion occurred in a bomb planted in a passenger bus (service vehicle) in the city of Jobar, in the Damascus countryside.
The channel clarified that the explosion resulted in several casualties, citing the Directorate of Referral, Ambulance, and Emergency Services at the Ministry of Health, which stated that the toll from the blast had risen to two dead and 13 injured. The ministry had earlier announced an initial count of seven injuries, confirming that it was monitoring the health condition of the victims and providing necessary medical support through medical and ambulance personnel. It further confirmed that hospitals and ambulance and emergency departments had been placed on high alert following the explosion, and that the ambulance system and medical teams were mobilized to provide rapid response and transport the injured to healthcare facilities for appropriate treatment.
