Sara Buraq Makes Her Cinema Debut with Two Films Simultaneously

Syrian actress Sara Burka continues to expand her artistic presence in Egypt, having successfully drawn attention through her dramatic roles this year, and is now embarking on a new phase in her career by entering the Egyptian cinema scene with two new films.

Sara Burka’s breakthrough in Egyptian drama came through her participation in two series: “Malikat al-Hareer” (The Silk Kingdom), alongside Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz and directed by Peter Mimi, which aired last Ramadan, and “Ali Klai,” featuring Ahmed El Awady, during the current Ramadan season, where she managed to captivate audiences with her performance.

The film “Matloob Ailiyan” (Wanted Family) marks Sara Burka’s first foray into Egyptian cinema. The production team completed filming last month, preparing for the film’s imminent release in theaters.

Meanwhile, she is currently shooting scenes for her second film, “Hina Yaktub al-Hubb” (When Love Writes), whose production is nearing the end of filming. The film features an elite cast and is written by Sajja Muhammad Al-Khalifat and directed by Mohamed Hany.
