Artist Ibrahim Al-Husawi announced his official participation in the series “Al-Hanouti,” sharing a post on his Instagram account featuring the cast members, and limited his announcement to confirming his involvement without adding any commentary. “Al-Hanouti” is a short-form series consisting of 10 episodes, written by Ali Shams and directed by Mohammed Al-Maghrawi, and produced by GOAT Production for artistic, theatrical, advertising, and public relations services. Al-Husawi’s most recent work was his participation in the feature film “Malik Al-Aktaf” (King of Shoulders), directed by Maram Al-Khalidi. The film was selected for the opening screening of the 12th edition of the Saudi Film Festival, under the slogan “Bisht… The Weaving Tells a Story,” which highlights the Saudi bisht as a symbol of identity and dignity, exploring the intricate craftsmanship and traditions associated with it, as well as its presence at prominent local and international occasions.
