Kuwait Finance Company Receives Certificate of Appreciation and Tax Compliance from the Indian Ministry of Finance

Kuwait Airways announced that it has received a Tax Compliance and Acknowledgment Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of India for the second consecutive fiscal year, in recognition of the airline’s commitment to submitting tax and financial declarations and settling all due obligations in accordance with the laws, regulations, and rules enforced in the Republic of India.
In this regard, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Kuwait Airways, Captain Abdulwahab Al-Shatti, stated that Kuwait Airways’ receipt of this certificate for the second consecutive year reflects the institutional approach the company follows in managing its operations and its dedication to complying with all legal and regulatory requirements in the countries where it operates its flights, aligning with global best practices in governance and financial compliance.
He added that this recognition is the result of cooperation and coordination among the company’s various departments, and it underscores the efficiency of its institutional framework and its ability to meet financial and tax obligations with the highest levels of accuracy and professionalism.
