Al-Sayer Group Honored by the Kuwait Association for Human Rights for Its Commitment to Protecting Workers' Rights

The Al-Sayer Group was recently honored by the Kuwait Association for Human Rights, in recognition of its commitment to promoting and protecting workers’ rights, and its dedication to providing a safe, fair, and mutually respectful work environment. The award was presented during a ceremony held last Monday at the headquarters of the Kuwait Association for Human Rights, attended by several senior government officials, including representatives from the Ministry of Public Works and the Public Authority for Manpower, alongside various entities and institutions focused on advancing workers’ rights and improving work environments.

This recognition follows an independent survey conducted by the Kuwait Association for Human Rights as part of its ongoing efforts to spread a culture of human rights and support workers in the State of Kuwait. The survey assessed companies’ compliance with decent work standards and respect for the fundamental rights of their employees.

According to the association’s findings, the Al-Sayer Group was honored for its success in providing a safe and fair work environment, respecting the dignity of all employees, adhering to labor laws and regulations, and implementing responsible professional practices that contribute to enhancing employee well-being and job security, while achieving long-term organizational success.
