Ministry of Communications joins the 'Adaa' project for professional conduct: reinforcing values of integrity, transparency, and accountability

The Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR) announced its official affiliation with the “Adaa” project, which focuses on implementing and activating a code of professional conduct within government entities at the bronze level, with the aim of strengthening the integrity and transparency framework and consolidating the principles of corporate governance.

In a press statement, the Institute said that its participation in the project underscores its commitment to applying best corporate practices and fostering a culture of compliance and adherence to professional conduct, thereby contributing to the development of the institutional work environment and enhancing performance efficiency through the activation of the code in accordance with established standards.

It clarified that participation in the project represents an important step in the Institute’s institutional development journey and reflects its dedication to embedding values of integrity, transparency, and accountability, alongside building a work environment based on professionalism and excellence, in alignment with the project’s objectives in the public sector.

The Institute affirmed its continued efforts to fulfill the project’s requirements and advance to higher stages, thereby enhancing institutional performance efficiency and supporting the achievement of governance and institutional excellence targets.

The “Adaa” project was launched by the Civil Service Bureau in 2021 and is supervised by the Public Authority for Combating Corruption (Nazaha). It aims to support government entities in implementing the code of professional conduct, thereby reinforcing values of integrity, transparency, and accountability in the public sector and creating a work environment that nurtures professional ethical values.
