30-year-old sentenced to imprisonment for driving at 180 km/h on Al-Jahra Road

Mansour Al-Sultan: Al-Jahra traffic patrol officers referred a man in his thirties to the Traffic Department after apprehending him for driving his car on the Al-Jahra Road between the Qirwan and Doha districts at a speed of 180 kilometers per hour. According to a traffic source, Al-Jahra traffic officers, while conducting mobile radar operations on the Al-Jahra Expressway between the Qirwan and Doha districts, detected a car being driven by a young man at 180 kilometers per hour. They pursued and forced him to stop, discovering that he was in his thirties. A traffic violation ticket was issued, and he was referred to the Traffic Department with a view to forwarding his case to the court.
